first week from the date on which you purchased the product, we can offer you the following: if you are
not satisfied with the game, please let us know the reasons in writing and send the CD ROM, along with the packaging and sales receipt with the correct postage, to

note via email in accordance with the following conditions. In exchange, you will receive from us a credit for our online download shop at www.purplehills.co.uk for
the value of the price you paid for the game as stated on the proof of purchase. To use the credit note, you must have the relevant technical requirements to perform
an online download. Please find the details on the minimum requirements at
www.purplehills.co.uk. You can use the credit note you have received in exchange for the
game to download a game of your choice. We regret a cash payment is not possible. Please bear in mind that, if you have purchased a game at a budget price, your
download credit amount may be insufficient to purchase an entire game from the online shop. In this case, or should you wish to buy a download game that exceeds
the value of the credit, we will offset the value of the credit against the download cost of the game and we will ask you to pay the difference. To make a payment
you will require a
ClickandBuy or
PayPal account or a
credit card. Should the value of the credit note exceed the download price of a game and you opt to purchase
the game using your credit note, you will forfeit the remaining value of the credit note for technical reasons. This PlayFun guarantee does not restrict the
purchaser's legal rights or entitlement to supplementary performance, recession, loss, compensation or the right of withdrawal.
